Once in Builth Wells continue to Smithfield Road. Park up on Smithfield Rd if there is room or use the car park at the market located opposite the alley way to the gym.
The gym is located by turning down an alley way ( 1st right turn up Smithfield Rd ) opposite market car park, and continuing through the pedestrian access past the gate.
